We collect information submitted directly by authorized procurement agents and representatives:

• Enterprise Identifiers: Corporate entity name, registered country, operational headquarters.
• Commercial Contact Data: Representative name, corporate email address, direct telephone / WhatsApp.
• Sourcing Specifications: Target raw material, required volume, intended application, technical drawing attachments, packaging requirements, destination port.
• Technical Log Data: IP address, browser type, and submission timestamps recorded for cybersecurity and anti-spam verification.

3. Commercial Purpose of Use

• Evaluating raw material availability, mill capacity, and laboratory testing requirements.
• Formulating formal Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and proforma commercial invoices.
• Dispatching laboratory sample evaluation kits and technical data sheets (TDS).
