1. Nature of the Platform (Non-E-Commerce Declaration)
This website is an international B2B sourcing portal. It is not an e-commerce platform and does not maintain retail shopping carts, instant checkout mechanisms, or consumer transaction facilities. The sole purpose of this portal is to facilitate enterprise Request for Quotations (RFQs), publish certified technical specifications, and coordinate wholesale maritime export agreements.
2. Quotation Validity & Commercial Binding
Any indicative pricing or estimates provided on this website or in preliminary RFQ responses are non-binding invitations to treat. A legally binding commercial agreement is established only upon the formal mutual signing of an International Sales Contract and Proforma Invoice specifying Incoterms, batch tolerances, payment structure, and shipment schedule.
3. Specification Integrity & Tolerance Boundaries
In adherence to our principle—WHERE TRUST MEETS VALUE—all technical parameters are partitioned into Certified Laboratory Data and Provisional Supplier Data. Natural biological fibers exhibit inherent micro-variations across seasonal harvests. All formal contracts specify acceptable mean variance tolerances (e.g., ±5% for tensile strength, max 12% moisture).
4. Sample Evaluation Agreements
Physical sample lots provided under our Sample Evaluation Program are supplied exclusively for laboratory qualification, formulation development, and pilot prototyping. Samples may not be resold to third parties without written authorization.
5. Applicable Trade Rules & Incoterms
All export operations, bill of lading documentation, and risk transfers are interpreted strictly according to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms 2020 rules.
